Dungarvin is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide direct support and positive direction to individuals with disabilities. You will help with daily living, mobility, and documentation while promoting independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport individuals served.
• Dependable, compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Basic communication, computer, and documentation skills.
• Ability to pass required background clearance.

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect.
