Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver to provide direct support to individuals with mental, intellectual & development and physical disabilities. The goal is to empower independence while maintaining dignity and respect.

You will support safety and personal growth, assist with daily living activities, and complete required documentation in a mission-driven team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport people served; some roles require a personal vehicle and insurance.
• Dependable, compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Basic communication, computer, and documentation skills.
• Ability to pass required background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support safety, dignity, independence, and personal growth.
