Job summary

Dungarvin inc is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver for a full-time opportunity in Indiana. You will provide direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities to help them live as independently and with dignity.

The role includes helping with daily living activities, mobility, hygiene, housekeeping and laundry, while promoting safety and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license and ability to transport individuals served.
• Background clearance required.
• Basic communication, computer and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support, instruction, and assistance to individuals with disabilities.
• Support safety, dignity, independence, and personal growth.
• Assist with daily living activities such as mobility, hygiene, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Complete required documentation and reporting.

Wage:$15.75/hour with a $1,500 retention bonus
