Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Implement individualized care plans and monitor clients' progress.
• Facilitate community engagement and recreational activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and care provided.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members for comprehensive care.
• Ensure a safe and clean living environment for all clients.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

About the Role:

Join Gateway Residential Services as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide support and encouragement in a nurturing environment.

Available Shifts:

• Monday to Friday 3pm-11pm working every other weekend
• Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9pm-9am rotating between sites between in New Albany and Scottsburg

Responsibilities:
