About the Role:

Join Gateway Residential Services as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. This rewarding position allows you to provide vital support and assistance while fostering independence and personal growth in a compassionate environment.

Available Shifts:

• Monday - Friday, working every other weekend
• 7am-3pm
• 3pm-11pm
• 11pm-7am

Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to promote personal development and self-esteem.
• Implement individualized care plans and track progress towards personal goals.
• Facilitate community outings and social activities to enhance engagement and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and any changes in client behavior or needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
