Resources for Human Development in Natrona Heights, PA is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional for regular part-time work. You will help clients with daily living activities, meals, personal care, and household tasks while promoting independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related field education a plus.
• Experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).
• Must pass onboarding including criminal background and driver's record check.

Required:
