Job summary

Apis Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, meal prep, and household tasks in a community setting.

You will promote independence, document progress, communicate with families and team, and maintain safety while adhering to onboarding and background checks.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; related field education is a plus.
• Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or related field preferred.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if required for the role.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must participate in onboarding including background and driver’s records checks.

Schedule

PRN employees are required to work 1 shift per pay period.
