Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain energetic, patient, and empathetic in a variety of situations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Ability to lift and assist with physical activities as needed.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and community resources is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.

• Support clients in participating in community activities, outings, and recreational events.
