Job summary

Myers-Davis Life Coaching Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional to join our Arkansas-based team. The role supports individuals in Community Based Services under the DDS waiver program, with a 25.5-hour work week and patient, person-centered care.

You will help with daily living skills, safety, and community outings, while fostering independence and dignity for those we support. A compassionate, reliable team member is essential to our mission.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid state license or ID.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background checks.

Reporting to their Direct Care Supervisor & Waiver Services Director, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) will participate in the team approach toward accomplishing the goal of Community Based Services associated with the Waiver program through Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS).This position is 25.5 hours per week.
