Job summary

Myers-Davis in Jonesboro, AR is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our Waiver Services team. This full-time role supports individuals in community-based settings, focusing on safety, independence, and person-centered care.

Shifts are Monday through Friday, either 10:00am–5:00pm or 5:00pm–11:00pm, with a collaborative team approach and a commitment to compassion, patience, and respect for those we serve.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid state ID or license.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Reporting to their Direct Care Supervisor & Waiver Services Director, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) will participate in the team approach toward accomplishing the goal of Community Based Services associated with the Waiver program through Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS).

This is a Full-Time position with the following schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00am-5:00pm or Monday-Friday, 5:00pm-11:00pm.
