Independent Beginnings provides best-in-class home health care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We seek compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team, offering flexible shifts, weekly pay, and a supportive work culture.

We provide CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration training, with incentive bonuses, PTO after 90 days for full-time staff, and a health insurance allowance. Weekend and overtime options are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification and Medication Administration training provided if not currently certified.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily activities including personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Work with a team of caregivers, families, and medical professionals to promote independence.
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments and activities as needed.
