Independent Beginnings in Delaware, Ohio is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist adults with developmental disabilities in daily living, community activities, and personal growth.

No experience is required; paid training and ongoing support are provided. Earn $18.00–$19.00 per hour with weekend add-ons, bonuses, and benefits, plus flexible shifts to fit your life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
