Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• DODD waiver temporarily waives diploma requirement through 2023.
• Must be 18+ and able to communicate in English (spoken and written).
• Background check required; valid driver's license with limited points preferred.
• CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration certifications provided if not held.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily activities including personal care, housekeeping and meals.
• Work with team, families and medical professionals to promote independence.
• Transport clients to appointments and accompany to medical visits as needed.
