Independent Beginnings, LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide compassionate care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Sidney, Ohio. You will assist with daily living activities, support independence, and work with a collaborative team to enhance quality of life.

• Must communicate in English, including spoken and written.
• Personal vehicle if transporting clients.
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Help with daily activities including personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Work with clients' family and medical professionals to promote independence.
• Transport clients as needed (mileage reimbursed).
