Job summary

Ameriwell Care in New Jersey is looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help individuals with developmental disabilities build independence, gain confidence, and stay connected to their communities. You will work in homes and in the community, supporting daily living and personal goals.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, per diem), local assignments across New Jersey, competitive pay based on experience, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to complete all required hiring clearances and screenings.
• Have (or be willing to obtain) CPR and First Aid certification.
• Have reliable transportation for getting to assigned cases.
• Bring a positive attitude, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Experience is a plus, but not required—we provide guidance and support.

What You’ll Be Doing
