Ameriwell Care in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to help individuals with developmental disabilities build independence and stay connected to their communities. As a DSP, you’ll support daily routines, personal care, meals, and community activities, while fostering confidence and social interaction.

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to complete all required hiring clearances and screenings.
• Have (or be willing to obtain) CPR and First Aid certification.
• Have reliable transportation for getting to assigned cases.

• Experience is a plus, but not required—we provide guidance and support.

What You’ll Be Doing
