Ameriwell Care in New Jersey is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support an older adult male in a structured, respectful environment. You will provide hands-on support, companionship, and help with daily routines during weekday afternoons, with training provided.

Schedule

? Monday through Friday
? 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Consistent, steady hours

What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you will provide hands‑on support and supervision, including:

• Assisting with daily routines and evening schedule

• Providing companionship and positive engagement

• Supporting community activities and outings (as applicable)

• Meal prep assistance and light household support

• Promoting independence, safety, and personal goals

• Assisting with hygiene reminders and personal care (as needed)

• Documenting daily notes and reporting changes to the supervisor

• Following individualized support plans and maintaining professionalism
