Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care in Winston-Salem, NC and surrounding areas. You will help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities build life skills, stay independent, and engage with their communities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities
• Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting at $16.00/hr.
• Flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations
• Short commute times- we aim to place you within 30 minutes of home
