Job summary

Attain is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Winter Springs, FL. You will help with daily living, independence, and meaningful participation in the community.

You will follow individual care plans, document health and safety needs, and assist with medications as required. Attain offers flexible schedules, training, and opportunities to grow while making a difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to complete and maintain required training and certifications, including CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, PCM, Behavior Assistant training, and Core Assurances.

Responsibilities
