Job summary

ICM, Inc. is seeking compassionate care assistants in El Dorado, AR to support clients with daily activities, monitor safety, and document shifts. You will follow HIPAA regulations and SOPs while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, feeding, medications, transportation coordination, and companionship, with strong emphasis on communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, meals, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Help customers with appointment scheduling and transportation arrangements, acting as a companion when needed.
• Observe customer condition and monitor safety; report changes and maintain equipment readiness.
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift's activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer's condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
