Job summary

DOMA is hiring for direct care positions in Cleveland, OH. Employees provide in-home support, assist with daily living activities, and help clients develop independent living skills.

The role includes transportation assistance and medication monitoring as needed, with thorough documentation and required trainings. Shift details include Sunday 10pm–8am and Saturday 10pm–7am (sleep shift from 12am–5am paid at $11.00/hour).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license if driving is required
• No more than two minor moving violations in the past 3 years
• No major violations (DUI, Careless, Reckless, Serious Speed, Driving While License Suspended, etc) in the past 5 years
• Ability to pass a background check
• Possess skills to communicate effectively with clients, families, staff and other customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for individuals' privacy

Responsibilities

Schedule and pay rate: Sunday 10p-8a and Saturday 10p-7a (This third shift is a sleep shift and is paid 11.00 an hour from 12am-5am)
