Job summary

Doma is seeking caregivers to provide direct in-home support to individuals, performing daily living activities and health monitoring. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, and transportation to appointments, ensuring continuity of care and confidentiality.

Roles include 7-on/7-off night rotation (Wed-Tue 11pm-7am) with a sleep-period wage from 11pm-6am and awake wage 6am-7am. Qualifications include a HS diploma, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license, if driving is required for the position
• No more than two minor moving violations in the past 3 years
• No major violations (DUI, Careless, Reckless, Serious Speed, Driving While License Suspended, etc) in the past 5 years
• Ability to pass a background check
• Possess skills to communicate effectively with clients, families, staff and other customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for individuals' privacy
