Job summary

Myers-Davis in Arkansas is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team under DDS community-based services. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour week, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a person-centered, safe environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, skills development, community outings, personal hygiene, and communication support, while upholding our mission to respect dignity and independence.

Qualifications

Reporting to their Direct Care Supervisor & Waiver Services Director, the Direct Support Professional (DSP) will participate in the team approach toward accomplishing the goal of Community Based Services associated with the Waiver program through Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS).

This is a Full-Time position with a varying schedule of 40 hours per week.
