Job summary

Traditional Home Care, a locally owned and operated Home Care Agency, is seeking reliable Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one, non-medical support to individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities, autism, mental health, behavioral diagnoses, etc. This position is in Athens, PA and Bradford County.

We offer flexible Full-Time and Part-Time hours with Weekday and Weekend shifts, training provided, and weekly pay with direct deposit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP).

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Companionship.
• Appropriate communication/social skills.
• Light housekeeping and chores.
• Ensuring a safe environment and teaching basic safety skills.
• Meeting individual goals and outcomes.
• Promoting community involvement (outings, activities, errands, etc.).

NOW HIRING: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Location: Athens, PA and all of Bradford County

Shift: Full-time, Part-time, Weekday and Weekend Shifts Available!

Job Duties Include

• Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements

This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements.
