Traditional Home Care, a locally owned home care agency, is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Henryville, PA to provide one-on-one, non-medical support. Shifts include part-time and full-time, with weekday, weekend and evening availability.

Position requires high school diploma or GED and prior DSP experience; EVV/mobile device use is required; we offer weekly pay, training, and a supportive work environment near Bethlehem/Henryville area.

Shift: Part-Time, Full-Time, Weekday, Weekend and Evenings, All Shifts

Immediate Openings: 9am-5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays, 11am-7pm on Wednesdays

Traditional Home Care, A locally owned and operated Home Care Agency, is seeking reliable, experienced direct support professionals to provide one-on-one, non-medical support to our individuals diagnosed with intellectual, developmental disabilities, autism, mental health, behavioral diagnoses, etc.

Job duties include:

• Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Companionship
• Appropriate communication/social skilled
• Light housekeeping and chores
• Ensuring a safe environment and teaching basic safety skills
• Meeting individual goals and outcomes
• Promoting community involvement (outings, activities, errands, etc.)

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements:

This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements.
