Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Location: Athens, PA and surrounding areas.

Shift: Full-time, Part-time, Weekday and Weekend Shifts Available, including Overnight.

Pay Range: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Job Duties:

• Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Companionship
• Appropriate communication/social skills
• Light housekeeping and chores
• Ensuring a safe environment and teaching basic safety skills
• Meeting individual goals and outcomes
• Promoting community involvement (outings, activities, errands, etc.)

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements: This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets and have reliable internet access to log visits and track service hours.
