Incompass Human Services, Inc. seeks Direct Support Staff to provide care for adults with developmental disabilities in group-home settings in Maynard, MA. You will help with daily activities, monitor safety, and support residents’ independence in a respectful, dignified manner.

The role requires completing required trainings, MAP certifications, and CPR/First Aid. The position operates on a rotating schedule with weekday and weekend shifts, offering hourly wages in the low $20s to early $20s.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with Individuals, guardians, and staff.
• Ability to read and write instructions and complete data sheets.
• Strong sense of responsibility for health, safety, and dignity of Individuals.
• C.N.A./L.N.A experience or willingness to train encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Ensure health, safety and well-being of Individuals served.
• Serve as Mandated Reporter; report abuse/neglect immediately.
• Support learning and independence through activities of daily living.
• Administer or support medication following MAP guidelines.
• Transport individuals to activities and appointments using agency vehicle.
• Attend mandatory trainings and team meetings.
