Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical, educational, and vocational programs daily.
• Assist in daily tasks and routines per schedules and activities.
• Observe and record data per educational plans.
• Read and update daily logs; sign entries.
• Keep environment clean; follow cleaning schedules.
• Report repairs; keep safety, egresses and walkways clear of snow/ice.
• Attend team and program planning meetings.
• Communicate positively with team and stakeholders.
• Assist transport to activities; may drive company vehicles.
• Complete required trainings and certifications.
• Safeguard individuals’ human rights.
• Follow PBS principles; report up the chain.
• Maintain MAP certification; dispense medications per systems.
• Maintain good oral and written communication with coworkers, individuals, families, and caseworkers.
