Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Three years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and special needs.
• Administrative abilities and basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures health and safety for each consumer per BSP and training programs; mentors entry-level staff.
• Provides direct care, assists with activities of daily living, and transports to appointments.
• Implements ICF-IID active treatment standards and engages consumers in group activities.
• Completes timely data collection and documentation per policies; participates in team meetings.
• Reports significant events and suspected abuse promptly per policy.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and may perform additional duties as required.

Education
