A community support organization in Dalewood, South Carolina is seeking a Community/Direct Support Professional. In this role, you will provide integral support to individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting them with daily living activities and promoting independence. This position requires a high school diploma or GED. Experience with similar populations is preferred but not required, as paid training is provided. The role offers full-time and part-time shifts, along with a $1500 sign-on bonus for new employees.

• Directly responsible for specific group assigned.
• Responsible for implementation and collection of data of daily and weekly programs as assigned by supervisor.
• Assist in accompanying consumers to the medical appointments.
