Job summary

Seven Hills Community Services seeks a Direct Support Professional II in Methuen, MA to provide daily support in a residential setting. You will help individuals grow independence and participation in community life, guided by ISP and behavior plans.

The role requires HS diploma, 18+ years old, and a valid US driver’s license. Starting pay is $20.50/hour with location-based differentials and asleep-hour rates, offering meaningful participation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/HiSET required.
• Active US driver's license required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Help individuals build independence by teaching life skills at home and in the community.
• Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and ensure overall health and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes.
• Take a leadership role by training and mentoring other staff.
