Community Options is hiring in North Dakota to help individuals with developmental disabilities and the elderly live more independently. The role offers flexible schedules with full-time and part-time options and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time or $500 for part-time.

The position involves assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and delivering high-quality, person-centered services in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED.
• Access to a mobile phone (iPhone/Android).
• CPR and First Aid certified, or ability to obtain during training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass background checks including MVR, drug screening, and DHS pre-employment approval.
• Complete required training/certifications within specified time frames.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and transportation.
• Enhance quality of life for individuals through personalized services.
• Observe, communicate clearly and accurately; read and follow written instructions in English.
• Perform basic computer-related tasks as needed.
• Work as part of a team and uphold company values.
• Provide quality customer service and support to clients and families.
