Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is hosting on-the-spot interviews for Direct Support Professionals in Berwyn, PA. Interviews occur November 18, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Taylor Salem Building, 139 Leopard Road, Berwyn, PA 19312.

The role offers full-time, part-time, and on-call hours with varied shifts and a pay rate of $17.25–$19.67 per hour. You will assist with daily living activities and documentation, and contribute to a safe, therapeutic environment while supporting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; diplomas from outside the US must be evaluated.
• One year of human service experience with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily living activities including health and hygiene, cooking, cleaning, recreation, and documentation (shift reports, incident reports, and individual progress reports).
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment that meets the physical, emotional and personal needs of the individuals we serve.
