Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Berwyn, PA is hosting on-the-spot interviews for Direct Support Professionals. Join us at the Taylor Salem Building for opportunities, shifts, and an on-site interview.

We offer ASCEND — a career accelerator program with coaching, skills development, and financial assistance. Flexible full-time, part-time, and on-call schedules are available across day/evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; diplomas acquired outside the US must be evaluated.
• One year of human service experience preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Assist in daily living activities, including health and hygiene management, cooking, cleaning, recreation and documentation.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment that meets the physical, emotional and personal needs of the individuals served.
• Complete shift reports, incident reports and individual progress reports.

As a Direct Support Professional at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need.

• Flexible schedules that can work with school, family commitments, or other employment

Available Shifts: Full-time, part-time and on-call available. Days 7am-3pm, Evenings 3pm-11pm, Weekends (varied shifts).

Pay rates: Full-time and part-time, $17.25 - $19.67 per hour.

As a direct support professional you will assist in daily living activities, including health and hygiene management, cooking, cleaning, recreation and documentation to include shift reports, incident reports and individual progress reports. You will maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional and personal needs of the individuals we serve.

Qualifications
