Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is hosting on-the-spot interviews for Direct Support Professionals at the Taylor Salem Building, 139 Leopard Road, Berwyn, PA 19312, with shifts including full-time, part-time, and on-call across 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and weekends. Earn $17.25–$19.67 per hour while supporting individuals in daily living activities and documentation efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; diploma's acquired outside of the US must be evaluated.
• One year of human service experience with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily living activities, including health and hygiene management, cooking, cleaning, recreation and documentation (shift reports, incident reports, progress reports).
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment that meets the physical, emotional and personal needs of the individuals served.
