Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Berwyn, PA is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with daily living activities, health and hygiene management, cooking, cleaning and recreation. You will also document shift reports and progress notes while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.

We offer flexible full-time, part-time and on-call shifts across days, evenings and weekends. Pay ranges from $17.25 to $19.67 per hour, and Devereux supports ASCEND, a career accelerator

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; credentials from outside the US must be evaluated.
• One year of human service experience with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily living activities, including health and hygiene management, cooking, cleaning, and recreation.
• Document shift reports, incident reports, and individual progress notes.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment that meets the individuals’ needs.
