Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist children and youths ages 6–21 with IDD and BH/MH. The role involves safety, daily living activities, and behavioral support. Shifts run 2pm–10pm, with a $2.00/hour shift differential; full-time or part-time schedules.

Pay ranges $17.50–$23.05 per hour based on experience and education; sign-on bonuses available, comprehensive training, and ASCEND Career Accelerator Program.

Qualifications

• High-school Diploma or GED required.
• Age at least 21 years old.
• Prior experience working with children in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
• Engage in daily ADLs, recreational and social activities to foster growth and independence.
• Coach and redirect inappropriate behaviors with supportive communication.
• Support progress by implementing individualized treatment goals with the clinical team.
