Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Effective communication with individuals, families, guardians, coworkers, and case management teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries in all settings.
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, dressing, mobility, and meal prep.
• Support participation in community activities, appointments, and skill-building opportunities.
• Promote dignity, independence, and self-determination for individuals.
• Assist with medication support and documentation per orders and plans.
• Complete required electronic documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with individuals, families, guardians, coworkers, and case managers.
• Remain calm and respond appropriately during emergencies or unexpected situations.
