Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities.
• Aid with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation.
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and celebrate progress.
• Promote choice, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Accurately document care, activities, and progress; communicate with team.
