Job summary

Braverhood is hiring DSPs to support individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community. We seek caring, punctual professionals with a BA degree and a passion for helping families and young adults thrive in daily living and social interactions.

Positions are available part-time and full-time; we offer training after hire and a supportive team environment. Driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with the special needs community; assisting with social skills and community integration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for working with families and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive environment to help individuals achieve personal goals.
• Collaborate with case supervisors on monthly goals and action plans.
• Document services and client progress daily and monthly.
• Provide support for individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Attend annual mandatory staff meetings and training.
• Submit all paperwork and monthly summaries on time.
• Adhere to agency and OPWDD regulations.
