Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care tasks including hygiene, grooming, feeding, and health monitoring.
• Ensure client safety and a safe environment; report changes as needed.
• Assist with toileting, meal planning, light housekeeping, and transportation.
• Document services provided and accompany clients to appointments.
