Job summary

RISE Community Services in Warrensburg, MO, is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with disabilities build independence through daily living support in residential, day program, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass required pre-employment screening and complete training.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain Missouri Class E license within 14 days.
• Able to assist with personal care and mobility up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities and community participation.
• Provide personal care, assist with medications and routines.
• Document daily progress to ensure consistent support.
• Cross-train across RISE programs to expand skills.
