Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have verbal and written communication skills adequate to the specific job.
• Reliable transportation to the work site and for transporting people, if applicable.
• Must be able to meet minimum training requirements and complete renewals as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities including hygiene and meal prep.
• Provide mobility assistance and behavioral supports.
• Work in a variety of settings including residential homes and community support.
