Job summary

RISE seeks Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate supports for people with disabilities across residential homes, day programs, and community settings. You will assist with daily living, personal hygiene, meals, mobility, and behavior support to help clients achieve greater independence.

Qualifications

• Must have clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Background clearance application annually.

• Reliable transportation to work sites and for transporting clients when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living, hygiene, meal prep, mobility, and behavioral supports.
• Work in residential homes, day programs, or in the community or clients' homes.
