Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass pre-employment screening.
• Ability to maintain records and follow regulatory guidelines.
• CPR proficiency or willingness to train is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for individuals’ human, legal, and civil rights.
• Promote health and safety by supporting wellness initiatives.
• Encourage self-advocacy and empower individuals to make choices.
• Facilitate community engagement and accompany to activities.
• Teach independent living skills and personal care.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and support.
• Assist with medication administration per state laws.
