Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months experience working with the I/DD community preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in achieving independence and community engagement.
• Assist with daily living activities and household tasks.
• Facilitate community participation and assist with transportation as needed.
• Maintain required documentation and report changes in individual’s circumstances.
