Qualifications

• Capacity to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation as needed based on availability.
• Maintain safe and healthy living environments for individuals supported.
• Ensure data is documented daily and communicate with the supervisor.
