Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to accompany individuals into the community and provide support while respecting rights and dignity.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to transport individuals in agency vehicles.
• Willingness and ability to work in and travel to an identified group of community homes.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in developing life skills to reach their goals, including daily living tasks.
• Support individuals' preferences and honor their interests.
