Venture Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults with disabilities, providing daily living support, advocacy, and community integration. Paid training and new pay rates accompany a 40-hour full-time schedule.

The role includes medication administration oversight, transportation, and participation in client activities, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Advocate and support adults 22+ with IDD to be active in their lives.
• Assist with daily living tasks, appointments, banking, and community participation.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans, Individual Support Plans, and medical guidelines.
• Assist with medication administration and safety procedures.
