Hacienda HealthCare seeks Direct Service Professionals to support residents in our Day Treatment program. Roles include driver and non-driver positions, with a focus on safety and compassionate care. Begin with essential training to meet program standards.

The positions require flexibility in hours, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment while maintaining documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School education and ability to obtain required certifications.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• CPR and First Aid within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, emotional and physical needs of residents are met.
• Maintain resident cleanliness, grooming and age-appropriate attire.
• Position residents hourly while awake and every 2 hours while asleep as needed.
• Implement ISP objectives and document progress daily.
• Assist residents with meals and ensure social engagement.
• Assist with showers, laundry, and medication administration in non-medical homes.
